Cheek Lift
General Information
The aging process can cause cheeks to appear droopy or to lose volume. A cheek lift can significantly reduce the appearance of wrinkles around the cheeks and provide the look of more voluminous cheeks, creating a younger appearance overall.
The Procedure
The cheek lift procedure takes approximately three to four hours and is performed under general anesthesia. During the procedure, plastic surgeon John Ayala, MD adjusts the cheek frame so that the cheeks are lifted higher and the muscle underneath is moved to soften the face.
